According to Forbes Magazine, Adam Sandler is the most overpaid actor of 2013.
Sandler, can demand up to $15 million dollars or higher although his investment return isn’t that attractive.
In just the past three years up until June 1, the magazine calculates that for every dollar Sandler earns, he brings in just $3.40. That math factors in two of Sandler’s most recent flops, 2011’s “Jack and Jill” and 2012’s “That’s My Boy,” which earned $74 million and $36.9 million at the domestic box office, respectively.
Coming after Sandler is the second most highest paid actor is Katherine Heigl, which has always been trying to make the transition to television.
The third overpaid actor is Reese Witherspoon, who brings in $3.90 for every $1 she’s paid.
Not bad for the 47 year old comedian and actor who has been always my favorite entertainer to watch on television. His movies are hilarious when I’m feeling gloomy, so as soon as I turn on his flick it’s instant laughter. Way to go Adam Sandler!
