Everyone wants to know how top CEOs get to be successful. If you want to start your won business, but are not sure how to do ti or are afraid of getting your feet wet, don’t worry we can help you. Here is some facts on how we can boost profits and reduce costs, maintain a comfortable work environment, sustain growth, and implement programs for employee productivity.
1. Begin with a meeting
You need to know what’s going on in your won business, if you don’t, it might set you up for failure in the long run. According to Tiffany Crenshaw CEO of Intellect Resources, start the day with a brief 15 minute huddle to get ideas flowing, problem solving, or any other issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Also don’t forget to encourage your team, motivate them to do their best and most important celebrate your success.
2. Be approachable
Be an understanding, patient and friendly person when matters arise. Reach out to your employees, doing that may want them to go the extra mile for you. Being able to communicate with your team effectively without scaring your mates will avoid any mix-ups and make your day easier.-Susheel Bathla, CEO
3. Employee free time
Give your employees a break at least 20 minutes out of the day to sort things out. By giving them some privacy time during a certain period of the day allows them to be far more productive and sort things out on their own.
4. Resolve Problems
Get problems resolved quickly whether bigh or small. Don’t have issues with employees or with clients linger or pile up too long, otherwise you’ll end up with a big mess. Fix things right away and then move forward to proceed with business as usual.
5. Meet regularly
Touch bases with everyone, but don’t try to micromanage everything. You can’t be present all the time and if you were you would go crazy. Allow your staff to figure things out as long as everything is going smoothly.
6. Follow a strict routine
Having the same pattern of rules and procedures for everyday tasks can avoid confusion and maintain productivity. Also having structure in everyday life-getting up early, eating healthy, daily exercise, adequate rest, and positive influences can boost efficiency.
